The Medical Business Associates Training Institute trains patients and their loved ones to navigate the complex healthcare system and become their own best advocate. We educate people to improve and simplify their healthcare experience. We teach people to:

• Navigate themselves and their loved ones through the complex world of healthcare
• Manage, control and reduce their healthcare costs
• Guard their protected health information from fraud, waste and abuse
• Interact effectively with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and benefit plan managers
• Understand the Patient Bill of Rights

We also offer a variety of custom training programs.
